✅ Return Policy for Foggers

If you are not entirely satisfied with your fogger purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window: You may return eligible foggers within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition: Returned foggers must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
3. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@entechsystems.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return authorization if eligible.

🚫 No Refunds or Returns on Insecticides

Due to safety and regulatory reasons, all sales of insecticides are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any chemical products, including:

1. Liquid insecticides

2. Aerosols

3. Concentrates or refill packs
